What should I do if I did not receive the email on retrieving my digital Long-Term Visit Pass?
The Long-Term Visit Pass holder should receive the email within 30 minutes after issuance of the Pass. Please do the following to ensure that you can receive the email:
Check the spam or junk folder of your email account
Ensure that your email inbox folder is not full
Ensure that you have an active internet connection on your device
