LTVP holders can use any platform that best suits their situation and needs for the retrieval of the digital LTVP.

As an example, for on-the-spot transactions that require the digital LTVP be shown to a person or entity whom the LTVP holder is transacting with, the LTVP holder can choose to show the digital LTVP on the Singpass app if that is more convenient.

If LTVP holders need to submit a copy of their LTVP, they can do so by downloading the digital LTVP from the FileSG website.
