FileSG is a file issuance and storage web service that simplifies file transactions between individuals and the Singapore Government. From 27 Feb 2023, ICA will issue LTVP/ STP digitally via the FileSG platform. LTVP and STP holders can expect an email from FileSG, after the completion of formalities at ICA (if required), that will provide more information on the retrieval of their digital LTVP/STP.
