How do I update my mobile number or handphone number to retrieve my Digital Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) if I have changed my number?
Singpass holders can login to the FileSG website and view their digital Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) without One-Time Password (OTP) authentication.
LTVP holders who are not unable to retrieve the digital LTVP may submit a request for assistance.
