How can I retrieve my digital Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP)?

The LTVP holder will receive an email from FileSG with instructions on downloading the digital LTVP.

If the LTVP holder does not have a Singpass account, he/ she should apply for it via the Singpass website to facilitate his/ her transactions with government agencies in Singapore. The digital pass can be viewed on his/ her Singpass App after 3 working days.

For first-time registrants, please register for a Singpass account from the third working day after your LTVP is issued.
