Do I need a Singpass account to retrieve my digital Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP)?
LTVP holders can still view, download and print their digital LTVP on the FileSG website, without a Singpass account.
However, we strongly encourage LTVP holders to register for Singpass, if eligible, for easier retrival of the digital LTVP from FileSG.
