Can I proceed to the counters direct since I have an appointment for Completion of LTVP formalities?

You are required to obtain a queue ticket at the registration kiosks at the ICA Services Centre. The queue ticket will show your queue number and the designated counter(s) that will be serving you. Please bring along your passport and all required document(s) as stated on your LTVP In-Principle Approval (IPA) letter.
