How do I obtain a replacement copy of my citizenship certificate?

Source: https://www.ica.gov.sgPlease come in person to ICA Services Centre at ICA Building Level 6 between 8.00 am to 4.30 pm, Mondays to Fridays (except Public Holidays), together with the following documents:
- one passport-sized colour photograph
- your NRIC/Singapore Passport or Birth Certificate (for children below the age of 15 yrs old)
- replacement fee of $20
An appointment will be given to you to collect the certificate on a later date.
