I am unable to book an appointment for the biometrics registration for my 15-year-old child. What should I do?

IC registrants who have passed their 16th birthday will no longer be able to make an appointment for the biometrics enrolment. They are required to report in-person at ICA Services Centre. Please expect a waiting time of at least two (2) hours.
