You may still collect your IC at the same SingPost outlet, up to 3 days after your appointment date. Alternatively, please make another appointment to collect your IC 1 week after the missed appointment.

For example, if your appointment is on a Monday, you will have up to Thursday to collect your IC at the same location. You can only book another appointment to collect your IC after the following Monday.
