Can I register/ replace my IC when I am residing overseas?

Please only register/replace your IC if you are planning to return to Singapore within the next 6 months as you will need to collect your IC in person.

However, if you have lost your IC, you must report the loss via our e-Service using your SingPass immediately to prevent any misuse. You may submit your application to replace your IC when you next return to Singapore.
