What should I do if I cannot turn up for my appointment for my Student's Pass?
If you are unable to turn up for the scheduled appointment, you may make another appointment at ICA e-Service after your appointment date has lapsed.
Should you miss 2 appointments, you will not be allowed to make further appointment bookings and must complete formalities as a walk-in customer. You should expect a longer waiting time as a walk-in customer, since priority is given to customers with appointments.
