ICA has ceased the issuance of physical Student's Pass (STP) cards and has only issued digital STPs since 27 Feb 2023. After the completion of formalities at ICA (if required), or after enrolment of biometrics at the Education Institute that you are studying at, you will receive an email from FileSG, which will provide you with more information on retrieving your digital STP. Singpass holders can also view their digital STP on the Singpass app.
