For STP holders who are required to complete formalities at ICA, you should receive the email within 30 minutes after the completion of formalities. If you did not receive the email after 30 minutes:

• Check the spam or junk folder of your email account

• Ensure that your email inbox folder is not full

• Ensure that you have an active internet connection on your device

For STP holders who had their biometrics enrolled at the school, you will receive the email no more than 7 working days from the date of your enrolment.
