STP holders can use any platform that best suits their situation and needs to retrieve and use their digital Student's Pass (STP).

As an example, for on-the-spot transactions that require the digital STP to be shown to a person or entity whom the STP holder is transacting with, the STP holder can choose to show the digital STP on the Singpass app if that is more convenient.

If STP holders need to submit a copy of their STP, they can do so by downloading the digital STP from the FileSG website.
