I am required to furnish a recent medical report to complete formalities for my Student's Pass. What do I do if I left my original laboratory report at my home country?

A copy of the laboratory report must be attached to the medical examination report (only if the medical examination and testing is carried out overseas) and uploaded to the e-Service for the completion of formalities of the Student's Pass.
