How do I apply for Student's Pass (STP) to study in an Institute of Higher Learning (IHL)?

You can login to the e-Service for Institutes for Higher Learning and do the following:

1) Click on "Foreign Student" button
2) On Student login page, enter the Student's Pass Application Number, Full Name (As appears in travel document), select 'Sex', 'Nationality/ Citizenship' and 'Date of Birth'
3) Click on "LOGIN" button
4) Click "Submit eform"
