Source: https://www.ica.gov.sgIf your application is unsuccessful, you should inform your school before submitting an appeal to ICA. You may then appeal the decision by writing in to ICA_STP1@ica.gov.sg (IHL,FSS, GOV, ITE); or ICA_STP2@ica.gov.sg (PTE/KID), along with your application reference number. Each appeal will be considered on its own merits. The general processing time for appeal cases is about four weeks and the outcome of the appeal will be made known to both the school and you.
