To nominate a new local sponsor, you are required to login to ICA e-service using the following steps:

1. Click on [GOV]

2. Click on [Student]

3. Key in the student particulars and click on [Login]

4. Click on [Re-nominate Local Sponsor] at the main menu

The new local sponsor is required to login to ICA e-service using the following steps:

1. Click on [Local Sponsor]

2. Click on [GOV]

3. Login using Singpass

4. Key in the Student's Pass Application No. and click on [Proceed]
