How do I know if I need to make any payment for my extension of stay application?
An In-Principle Approval notice will be sent to inform you if a payment is required for your application. Payment can be made via:
• VISA;
• MasterCard Credit/Debit;
• American Express (AMEX) card;
• Internet banking (DBS/POSB, OCBC, UOB and Standard Chartered Bank banking account in Singapore); or
• PayNow.
Please refer to the ICA website for more information on payment-related enquiries.
Once the payment transaction is successful, you will be able to retrieve the approval slip for your extension of stay application via e-Service.
