You are required to provide a valid email address and contact number when submitting the SG Arrival Card with health declaration. Without a valid email address, you will not receive the acknowledgement email and will experience delay during immigration clearance.

You are encouraged to create an email address prior to the submission of your SG Arrival Card with health declaration.
