How can I change my 'Report to VSC' appointment?

You may change your appointment at ICA e-Service by following the steps listed:

1) Selecting Report to VSC Appointment under 'Visitor'

2) Key in your Identity Card No./FIN/Application ID/ DE No. and click on the "Submit" button. 
You will see the following screen once you have successfully logged into the e-Appointment system.

3) The box highlighted in orange shows your current appointment date.

4) You will not be able to click on the days highlighted in grey (appointment slots have been fully booked), pink (non-working days) and white (dates not eligible/released for booking).

5) You can click on your preferred date (those available in green) to change your appointment. 

6) Select your preferred timing (check on the radio button) and click the submit button.

7) Once your preferred time slot is successfully accepted, a confirmation message will be displayed. You are advised to be on time for your appointment.
