Source: https://www.ica.gov.sgIf there is a change in any of the following during our assessment of your PR application, you may upload the relevant documentary proof via 'Ad-Hoc Submission' under 'Enquire Application Status' at ICA e-Service for our necessary updating:
(i) change of address (for NRIC holders, please update the new address on your NRIC)
(ii) change of marital status
(iii) update of qualification (attained a higher educational qualification e.g. Diploma, Masters, Doctoral, PHD etc)
