Source: https://www.ica.gov.sgYou are required to indicate your intent to apply for a Letter of Consent (LOC) or Pre-Approved Letter of Consent (PLOC) to work when applying for LTVP. The LOC or PLOC application will be sent to Ministry of Manpower for assessment for you to take up employment in Singapore.
