Why am I unable to register for Singpass immediately after my LTVP application is approved?

Please visit the Singpass website for the eligibility requirements and the instructional guide to register for a Singpass account. 

For first-time registrant, please register for a Singpass account from the 3rd working day after your LTVP is issued. 

In the meantime, if you wish to have documentation of your valid LTVP, you can go to your LTVP application online, select “Enquire Application Status”, to view or save a copy of the enquiry result of the issued LTVP, within a month from the issued date of the LTVP. The application enquiry result will not be available after one month from the date of issue of the LTVP and you are to access your digital LTVP using Singpass thereafter.
