Source: https://www.ica.gov.sg Please allow 3 working days for the newly issued digital LTVP to be displayed in your Singpass app.
In the meantime, if you wish to have documentation of your valid LTVP, you can go to your LTVP application online, select “Enquire Application Status”, to view or save a copy of the enquiry result of the issued LTVP, within a month from the issued date of the LTVP. The application enquiry result will not be available after one month from the date of issue of the LTVP and you are to access your digital LTVP using Singpass thereafter.
