How can I make an appointment to complete formalities for LTVP if there are no slots left?

Source: https://www.ica.gov.sgWe regret to inform you that our appointments are all fully booked.
However, the applicant and local sponsor may wish to walk-in on weekdays from 2pm to 4pm (within 3 days of pass expiry or 3 days before the IPA expiry) to request for walk-in appointment from our information counter for completion of formalities, subject to our officer's approval.
If we are unable to serve you on the day, you will be given a specific date/time to come back for the completion of formalities.
Please bring all the documents listed in your IPA letter for smooth completion of formalities.
