What should I do with the Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) if the LTVP holder had passed away?

You can request for cancellation of the Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) in person or by post.
The documents required for LTVP cancellation for holders who had passed away include a photocopy of the applicant's death certificate, the duly completed LTVP cancellation form and LTVP card (if a physical LTVP card was issued).
