How do I cancel a Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP)?

Source: https://www.ica.gov.sgThe cancellation of an Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) must be consensual. Both the LTVP holder and sponsor are required to be physically present at Visitor Services Centre, Level 4 ICA Building, for the cancellation. Please bring along the LTVP holder’s passport, LTVP card (if physical LTVP card was issued) and the sponsor’s NRIC.
Notwithstanding the above, a LTVP may also be cancelled at ICA's discretion in accordance with the Immigration Regulations.
The LTVP holder will be issued a short-term visit pass for him/her to make arrangements to leave Singapore upon the LTVP cancellation.
