How do I extend my stay if my current LTVP is expiring and my LTVP renewal is still pending?

Source: https://www.ica.gov.sgIf the renewal of your Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) application is in process and your current LTVP is expiring, you will receive an email notification on the auto-conversation of your LTVP to a Short-Term Visit Pass (STVP).
If you did not receive any notification from ICA during the renewal application process, you and your sponsor can report to Visitor Services Centre, Level 4, ICA Building, on Mondays to Fridays between 8am and 4pm, for the conversion of your current LTVP to STVP before your LTVP expires.
Please produce the following documents:• Passport (LTVP holder)
• LTVP card or Digital LTVP
• Sponsor's NRIC
No appointment is required.
