Upon every successful submission, you will receive an application reference number. You should use this application reference number to retrieve your submitted details and furnish other permit numbers, or make the necessary amendments required for the trip.

To view/ edit your SGAC Cargo submission via the MyICA mobile app, you may click on the cargo clearance icon and select the relevant submission. Alternatively, you may click on the cargo clearance icon, followed by the search icon located at the top right-hand corner of the page, and enter the application reference number or vehicle number.

To view/ edit your SGAC Cargo submission via the ICA website e-Service, please click on “e-Services and Forms” > “Cargo clearance” > “Apply for paperless clearance for conventional cargo” > “Manage Submission” and enter the application reference number or vehicle number.

It is important to ensure that all the permit numbers required for the trip are correctly submitted prior to making the trip, as no further updates to the SGAC Cargo submission can be made thereafter.
