Who are eligible to enrol for Automated Clearance Initiative (ACI)?

Source: https://www.ica.gov.sgArriving foreign visitors who meet the following criteria will be enrolled for the use of automated lanes during clearance at the manual immigration counters or designated automated lanes.
• Fulfil entry requirements
• Aged six and above
• Has a valid machine-readable passport[1]
• Passport holders of eligible countries/places/groups

Residents (Singapore citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents) or Long-Term Pass Holders who wish to use the automated clearance facility may refer to the Automated Lanes at the Passenger Halls and/or Biometrics Identification of Motorbikes (BIKES) for more information.
[1] Applicable only for clearance at the designated automated lanes at Tuas Checkpoint, Woodlands Checkpoint and Marina Bay Cruise Centre.
