You should check the details of the error message. Please note the following photo criteria:

• jpg, jpeg, heic, heif and png file extension format

• Preferred dimension is 400 x 514 pixels

• File size is not more than 8MB
  

The above criteria must be fulfilled for the photo to be accepted in e-Service.

You may refer to the photo guidelines for more information. Do note that your photo image will be checked by ICA according to our requirements after successful upload.
