Preschools/schools can use anchovies (ikan bilis) to cook soup, provided the anchovies are washed thoroughly before cooking. Do also note that certain anchovies might pose a choking hazard due to its bones. Hence, it is advisable to filter the anchovies thoroughly before serving.
