For oriental noodles such as bee hoon, kuey teow, etc, only wholegrain noodles can be served. As such, wholegrain oriental noodles cannot be mixed with non-wholegrain noodles. Whereas for non-oriental noodles, such as spaghetti, macaroni, etc, preschools/schools can mix regular non-oriental noodles with at least 20% of their wholegrain versions. Contact us
