Articles cannot be deleted or archived.

However, as all draft articles are not shown publicly, you can achieve a similar effect by using draft mode.

For published articles, if you no longer want them to be public, you can choose to unpublish them. Unpublishing an article will revert it back to draft mode and remove it from public view. You can then make edits and save changes to your article, and it will remain as a draft until you choose to publish the changes again.

To unpublish an article

1. Click into a published article. The status should be "Live".

2. At the top of the article, select "Unpublish article"

3. A popup will appear asking you to confirm.
   

4. Select "Yes, unpublish article".
   

   The article is no longer public and will show as a draft.
