How can I link my AskGov site to my contact channels?

This is for government agency admins of an AskGov site, who may want to enable contact touchpoints for the public to get in touch with their agency.

At the bottom of the FAQs, there is "Get in touch" button for citizens to reach out if they can't find their answers. There are 3 ways that the citizens can contact you through AskGov.

After typing their question, we will surface similar questions which helps to divert away 60% of the questions:


If they still can't find their answers, there are 3 different ways to reach out to you:


  1. Using our AskGov form

    • Simple form sent to one email

    • Routing by inboxes which will be sent to different emails

    • Receive the question in your inbox

  2. Through existing form (e.g. FormSG, or form on your website)

    • This will be the link to your existing form

    • Citizens will be redirected to your form


  3. Form + Hotline
