1. Click on "Add a question" on the top right hand corner of the Admin Portal
   
   

2. As you type your question title, similar questions will appear to show questions that are already on AskGov to reduce duplicates
   
   

3. Format your answer. See here for the text editor examples
   
   

4. Add Topics. See here on how to add a new topic
   
   

5. Save changes

The changes will be reflected immediately on your AskGov website.
