While AskGov does not support direct attachments, you can upload your attachments to GO.gov.sg or For.SG (for healthcare institutions) to get a publicly-accessible URL, which you can then add to your AskGov article.

Steps to create your own file link:

1. Login to your GO.gov.sg account

2. Click on "Create link"
   
   

3. Click on "To a File"
   
   

4. Click on "Browse" to upload your file

5. Create and copy the Go.Gov URL link

6. Paste the link to your file in your AskGov article

Visitors who click on the link will be able to download the file attachment.
