Can nominated caregivers access Health Plan AI on behalf of their care recipients?

Currently, Health Plan AI cannot be accessed by nominated caregivers on behalf of their care recipients via caregivers’ HealthHub accounts. Eligible care recipients should access Health Plan AI through their own HealthHub account, with caregivers’ assistance if needed.
