[From 27 July] Health Plan AI will be first tested as a beta feature on HealthHub from 27 July 2026 for an initial period of six months, to understand user behaviour and receptivity. During this testing phase, MOH may reach out to enrollees for feedback and suggestions for improvement. Thereafter, we will assess if the feature should be expanded to more enrollees and/or areas.
