Healthier SG is a national strategy to transform Singapore’s healthcare system. It focuses on preventive care to help residents stay healthy, detect health issues early and manage them well. Under Healthier SG, residents will be empowered to take steps to proactively improve their health, with the support of their trusted family clinic and community partners.

Healthier SG Screening refers to the subsidised screening tests for all eligible Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents.

Eligible Singapore Citizens will enjoy subsidised screening tests at polyclinics and CHAS GP clinics, while eligible Permanent Residents enjoy subsidised screening tests at polyclinics. Screening test eligibility is determined based on an individual’s age, sex, pre-existing conditions and last health screening date.

In addition, eligible Singapore Citizens who are enrolled with Healthier SG will enjoy special subsidies for Healthier SG Screening at their enrolled Healthier SG clinic.
