What are the selected chronic medications that are eligible for percentage subsidies under Healthier SG Chronic Tier?
Commonly used medications for managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol will be subsidised under Healthier SG Chronic Tier and will be available from February 2024. Prices for these medications at the GPs will be more comparable with the polyclinics.
