If I choose to enrol with a polyclinic, will I see the same doctor each time or will it change with each visit?
Polyclinics operate in teams and they may have more than one doctor within a team for cross-covering arrangements. This is similar to GP clinics that may have secondary doctors who help to cover when the primary doctors are away (e.g. on leave).
However, you can be assured of continuity and consistency of care as your health information is shared within the teams for proper handover and follow-up.
