If you are already enrolled in and visiting a regular Healthier SG clinic, you are encouraged to stay with the clinic to develop and enjoy a long-term trusted relationship with a doctor who knows you well.

Your Healthier SG doctor will not only support you in developing and adopting a Health Plan. but will also serve as the first point-of-contact to oversee and manage your health.

If you decide to visit another clinic, you will not be able to tap into Healthier SG benefits. Healthier SG benefits are available/ accessible at your enrolled Healthier SG Clinic only.
