Will I be allowed to change the GP / polyclinic after I have successfully enrolled with Healthier SG?

Yes, you can switch clinics after you have enrolled.
You can do so via HealthHub or go to an Enrolment Station (see https://gowhere.gov.sg/healthiersg for locations). You may also call the MOH hotline at 6325 9220.
We will support one change of enrolled clinic in a year to accommodate personal preferences and changes in life circumstances, e.g. families who move house. As some residents may need more time to find a clinic that they are comfortable with at the start, we will support up to four changes for the initial enrolment period.
Additional Details
• Prior to first Health Plan consultation
- You may change your enrolled Healthier SG clinic unlimited times.
• After having attended first Health Plan consultation
- You may switch to a different Healthier SG clinic up to four times from date of enrolment until the end of the next calendar year, and once a year for the subsequent years.
- For example, if you enrolled on any date in 2023, you may change your enrolled Healthier SG clinic up to 4 times until 31 Dec 2024. After which, you may change once during year 2025 and thereafter.
