Will I be allowed to change the GP / polyclinic after I have successfully enrolled with Healthier SG?
Yes, you can change your enrolled Healthier SG clinic.
Here’s how it works:
How to change: You can switch clinics via the HealthHub app, visit an Enrolment Station (locations at gowhere.gov.sg/healthiersg), or call the MOH hotline at 6325 9220.
Limits on changes:
Before your first Health Plan consultation: You can change clinics as many times as needed.
After your first Health Plan consultation:
You can change up to four times from your enrolment date until the end of the next calendar year.
From the second year onwards, you can change once per year.
Example: If you enrolled in 2025, and have done your first Health Plan consultation, you can change up to four times until 31 Dec 2026, and once per year from 2027 onwards.
Your Health Plan: Your first Health Plan remains valid even if you change clinics. You are recommended to check-in with your Healthier SG doctor at least once a year.
We allow these changes to accommodate personal preferences and life circumstances, such as moving house or finding a clinic you are comfortable with.
