How do I know whether my request for Letter of Offer has been sent to the Financial Institutions (FIs)?

The FIs will contact you on the outcome of your request for a Letter of Offer, or if they require more information. Log in to the HDB Flat Portal to check the status of your Letter of Offer and view the outcome (when ready) by selecting My Flat Dashboard > I am a new/resale flat buyer.
