At CHAS GPs, eligible Singapore citizens (SCs) benefit from subsidies for nationally recommended vaccines listed on the Subsidised Vaccine List, and need to pay the following amounts after government subsidies as per Table 1 below.

At the polyclinics and selected MOH-funded long-term care institutions (e.g. nursing homes and home medical service providers), SCs and Permanent Residents (PRs) may receive subsidies for nationally recommended vaccinations. Pioneer Generation and Merdeka Generation seniors will also receive an additional 50% and 25% off their subsidised vaccination bills respectively. Please contact your preferred healthcare provider for further information.

Eligible SCs who are enrolled in Healthier SG can benefit from special subsidies at their enrolled Healthier SG clinic. No payment is required when receiving nationally recommended vaccinations at their enrolled Healthier SG clinic. The only exception is Recombinant herpes zoster vaccine (RHZV; known as shingles vaccine), where prevailing subsidies apply.

At both CHAS GP clinics and polyclinics, MediSave* can be used to cover the out-of-pocket expense for vaccinations under the NAIS.

*mid-2026 onwards for PCV20 and shingles vaccinations.

Individuals are encouraged to check with your healthcare provider on the vaccination cost before receiving the vaccine.

Do note that if individuals do not meet the eligibility criteria for the vaccination subsidies, he/she will need to pay the charges as indicated by the clinic.
