I have been receiving SMS invitations for someone else. What do I do?
The Health Appointment System (HAS) sends SMS messages to remind people about their health appointments, such as a vaccination or a check-up at a GP clinic.
Not sure if the SMS is from HAS? Look for the words "Health Appointment System" in the SMS. If you see it, the SMS is from us.
If the SMS is from HAS but you did not book this appointment, don't worry. Please fill in this form to let us know: https://go.gov.sg/has-support.
When filling in the form, copy and paste the SMS you received so we can look into it and sort it out for you.
If the SMS is about something else (such as a government payment, notice, or other service), it may be from another government agency. Please report it here instead: https://form.gov.sg/668e6198f444e28b5d479572
